Rose Molly hair oils can be used on every hair type. (Natural, Relaxed, Transitioning, Greying, Thin, Corse, Thick hair, Colored hair, Curly hair, Oily hair, Dry hair, Brittle hair, Processed hair, Shorthair, Long hair, Children hair, Weak hair)

How often should I apply the Rose Molly hair oils?

Rose Molly Hair oils should be applied to scalp/problematic areas 3-5 days a week. (Every other day)

When is the best time to apply Rose Molly Hair oil?

We suggest Rose Molly hair oil is applied in the morning, before getting your day started or before bed. When it comes to the lash and brows, we suggest in the morning before makeup and before bed.

How do I apply Rose Molly oils?

Dab the dropper to problematic areas/scalp. Massage the Rose Molly hair oil into the scalp with finger tips, style as desired. Do not wash out!

How often should I wash my hair after using Rose Molly oils?

Hair washing regimens vary on the individual. Typically 1-2 weeks.

Is my scalp supposed to be itchy?

Your scalp may tend to itch from the Rose Molly Hair oils. If you are experiencing excessive itchiness, burning, or sores; please cease use. It is always a good practice to consult with your local health care physician before use.

Can any oils be used on eyelashes?

Only the lash growth serum and the 2-in-1 Lash & Brow serum may be used on eyelashes. Please be careful when applying to the lash line. All other oils Except Beard Growth & Thickening should be applied on the scalp.

Will Rose Molly make my scalp tingle?

Yes, you may possibly experience a tingling sensation, due to the essential oils.

How can I purchase from your website if I don’t have a PayPal?

Is there a way that I can add/edit items after check out?

Unfortunately, no. We have no way to alter orders after transactions are complete.

Can you please change my shipping address?

We have a small window of fewer than 24 hours to amend shipping addresses. In the event of entering the incorrect shipping address, we ask that you contact the courier associated with your tracking number to see if they are able to edit the address for you.

What should I do if my tracking link is not working?

Tracking numbers do refresh often. In the event that your tracking number is not working try it again within 3 hours. Tracking numbers can sometimes take up to 24 hours to refresh.

What to do if my tracking information says delivered, but I have not received my order yet?

If your order has been delivered, double-check the tracking link to see where exactly your order has been delivered. (Ex. Front Door, Porch, Parcel Locker, Front Desk/Reception) After doing this if your items still have not been delivered, please contact the courier associated with your tracking link.
